How did you discover your skin cancer / melanoma / skin condition and how long ago?
I have a skin mole on my face which has been examined and is not a cancer but still needs to be watched for any change. This was discovered 6 years ago and I need to have another one soon. You shouldn’t take any risks with your skin.
What is your attitude towards sun protection today?
I usually wear a hat, put on sunglasses and apply sunscreen regularly.
What would you tell your 16-year-old self about sun protection?
I would tell my 16 year old self to take optimal care of your skin because it can be damaged, which can be life threatening. Being a red head girl I burn like crazy!
