Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
Referral discounts are only valid on orders with a minimum spend of $100. After the successful purchase by the referred friend using the referred discount code, the referrer will receive a discount code via email for $25 off their next order on spends over $100. Referral discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and are not redeemable for cash.
How many friends can I refer using this program?
You can refer up to a maximum of 15 people.
I referred someone. How long does it take to get my “$25 off orders over $100” reward?
First, the friend you referred needs to make a qualifying purchase (see T&Cs). We will then email you your discount code for $25 off orders over $100. You should receive your discount code automatically within 30 minutes after their qualifying purchase.
How long will my “$25 off orders over $100” reward discount code last?
For both the referrers and their friends who get referred, the discount code rewards will be usable for up to 14 days from the date they were issued. Don’t forget to use them as they are not extendable.
Can I use more than one coupon at a time?
No. You can only apply one discount code per purchase when utilising this reward program. Also, please note that you cannot use your coupon code to purchase a gift card.
Terms & Conditions
Qualifying Referral: In order to qualify, a purchase must be made at www.solbari.com by a Referred Customer who uses the discount code provided upon redemption through referrers chosen method of communication. You are limited to one qualifying referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional or repeat purchases made by the Referred Customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals and no further discounts will be provided.
Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. If it is found that the referrer and Referred Customer are the same person (regardless of different email), the discount will be void.
Referral Rewards: For Referrers to earn advertised “Referral Rewards” the Referred Customer must make a purchase with an order value greater than $100. Referral Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions, sold or transferred or redeemed for cash; or applied towards previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. Referral Rewards will expire 30 days after issuance unless it is stated otherwise.
Eligibility: Refer-a-Friend is limited to individuals only. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and be legally permitted to provide the personal information of each referred customer (e.g., name and email address). This program cannot be used by corporate entities, businesses or teams as determined in Solbari’s sole discretion.
Spam: The referrer must comply with all relevant anti-spam laws within the jurisdiction of both the referrer and the referred customers’ state or country. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or spam under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Solbari’s Refer-a-Friend program.
Rights Cancel Program or Change Terms: Solbari reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
Privacy: The personal information received through the Refer-a-Friend program will be processed in accordance with Solbari’s Privacy Policy.
Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions: Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and restrictions may apply to Referral Rewards or your use of Referral Rewards. Solbari Reserves the right to make certain Referral Rewards selectively available to certain customers at any time based on activity, geographical location, program participation or other factors that may be determined in our sole discretion.
