CONDITIONS

There are 2 conditions in order to return or exchange a product with Solbari.

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. If you choose to return or exchange any item(s), please send an email after receiving your parcel to info@solbari.com
  2. If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by Solbari.
  3. Included in your parcel: The item(s) you wish to exchange or return. Your Solbari invoice and mark on your invoice your return or exchange instructions.
  4. Solbari cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. 
  5. We recommend sending your return by USPS or UPS as some courier services such as FedEx may not be able to deliver your return to our address.
  6. Once your parcel is received by Solbari, your return or exchange will be processed promptly.

Please note: If you wish to make an exchange, Solbari is happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a refund will be available.

REFUNDS

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow a few days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE - REST OF THE WORLD:

  1. Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging as per the conditions above.
  2. Contact Solbari by email at info@solbari.com and notify us of your order number and intended exchange or return.
  3. If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by Solbari. Australian returns are to be send to our Australian returns address: Solbari, PO BOX 33148, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia
  4. Included in your parcel: The item(s) you wish to exchange or return. Your Solbari invoice and mark on your invoice your return or exchange instructions.
  5. Please use a recorded service and hold onto your tracking number for your parcel once you have posted it as a proof of postage. Solbari will not be held liable in the event that your parcel is lost in transit.
  6. Once your parcel is received by Solbari, your return or exchange will be processed immediately.
